Ultimate is a fast-paced, non-contact team sport that is tons of fun and easy to learn.
We're building a co-ed, inclusive recreational ultimate frisbee program in the New Paltz area. We welcome any kids ages 7-14 to our weekly practices. No experience necessary!

We meet weekly on Wednesdays at Lenape Gym throughout the fall and winter from 5-7pm. Just bring yourself and a willingness to learn something new!
We also host occasional special clinics and tournaments.
